available within the online software we have plans to

This feature allows
the administrative contact person to allow varying level
of access within the online software. Each “
Basic
Subscription Plan” allows up to 10 persons
access with “Reader, Author or Administrator”
access. The “
Premium Subscription Plan”
allows up to 25 persons with “Reader, Author, Building
Contact or Administrator” access.
Having the flexibility to provide varying access to
different staff and volunteer personnel allows the organization
to maintain security and continuity with their respective
safety and security plan. Additionally the “Reader”
access can be utilized to be assigned to your local
police department or fire department so that they have
access to view your organization’s safety and
security plan. Why is this important? Allowing emergency
personnel with online access to your uploaded site plans,
floor plans, interior/exterior/aerial photos, response
protocols, lockdown protocols allows them greater effectiveness
to respond in a much quicker timeframe to the incident
that is occurring at your location.

This feature allows
the user to enter the organization contact(s) information,
address, phone as well as upload a digital logo of your
church that is incorporated into your PDF generated plan.
An additional feature available in the “Premium
Subscription Plan” allows the organization to assign
contacts and info for each building or facility if your
organization is a large campus facility or a large church
with several sister churches.

This area of the
WorshipSafe™ software has quite a few features included
within it. It is broken into 2 distinct areas that allow
the subscriber to work through each sub-section of creating
a comprehensive and effective written plan. Each sub-section
includes a suggested or “best practices” template
that provides a great starting point for those that are
unsure about how to create that section. Each sub-section
ALSO has a tutorial or help feature that provides additional
suggestions or insights on what to think about when determining
how to create that particular section of your safety/security
plan.
RISK ASSESSMENT MODULE - A very powerful risk assessment
module is also included to walk the user through a risk
assessment questionnaire and automated scoring process
for your particular organization. After the risk assessment
data is entered it is then automatically scored and prioritizes
the categories you are assessing risk in. It has been
programmed to assign greater importance to “
Crimes
Against Persons” incidents vs. “
Crimes
Against Property” incidents that occur.
Additionally at anytime the user can simply click on
a PDF icon to view your finished or “in progress”

environment. The mapping module allows the user to upload
aerial, exterior, interior, water/gas photos as well
as digital site plans, floor plans and Google direction
maps to your safety/security plan.
Having this information IN ADVANCE within your printed
and online safety/security plan is VERY important for
your staff and volunteer personnel as well as your local
emergency response (fire/police) personnel.
Information included in this section will allow them
quick access to this critical information and allow
them to effectively prepare in advance and respond MUCH
quicker to the critical incident that may be occurring
within your worship and learning environment.
