Add Authors & Readers Screenshot
This is the screen for adding AUTHORS or READERS depending
on what type of access you wish them to have.
You can also choose to email the person their username
and assigned password

This is the screen for editing currently assigned viewers
and readers. You can change passwords in this area
or delete and add users as needed as well.

View/Edit Emergency Plans Modules Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates each plan module or policy/protocol
template that is available to either upload or edit existing
templates that are available. Additionally there are HELP/TUTORIAL
buttons that the user can click on for additional helpful
information to assist them in completing each plan module

View/Edit “Mission Statement” Module Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates a sample of the “Mission
Statement” module. In RED the user can review directions
for completing this module and in BLACK the user can edit,
add or delete sample text that is included with the subscription.
Notice the word process functionality of the text body
that is very intuitive and user friendly to what you are
already used to utilizing.

Generate PDF of Plan Modules Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates the “Generate PDF of
Plan” option that can be utilized at anytime. After
the user clicks on this button the software begins to
generate a PDF version of the organizational “WorshipSafe
Safety/Security Plan” After just a few minutes a
PDF icon comes up after refreshing the page that the user
can click on to view the latest version of the plan in
PDF format. Additionally the text on the right notes the
last time and date that a PDF version of the WorshipSafe
plan was generated.

Upload Site Mapping Images Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates the ability to upload images
along with image titles and descriptions that are included
in the overall WorshipSafe Plan. Additionally these images
can be viewed by authors, readers or assigned emergency
personnel for reference in the event of an critical incident
were to occur at one of your facilities.

Exterior View with Magnify Option Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates the ability of the authorized
author or reader to view exterior images that the organization
uploads. Notice the “Magnify On” option is
utilized so that the viewer can zoom in on accesses or
entrances. Addtiionally if you view the links at the bottom
of the image you can click on any other exterior view
link to that particular facility. This view comes up as
a POP UP window if the image itself is clicked on.

Floor Plans Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates the ability to upload floorplans
along with applicable photos relating to that particular
floor. This floorplan illustrates each room along with
photo numbers and angles that the photos of each room
were taken from. Additionally in this screenshot you can
see links at the bottom of the image that are interior
photos of the rooms that match the numbers from this floorplan.

Interior Photos Menu Screenshot
This screenshot shows thumbnail images of a menu of images.
If the image itself is clicked on it comes up as a pop
up image with a directory of links at the bottom of that
pop up image that list all other interior images of that
particular floor you are viewing.

Interior Photo w Magnify Option Screenshot
This screenshot shows a pop up interior photo of a kitchen
area. Within this image you can see that the “Magnify
On” option is utilized that magnifies desired portions
of the photo that the viewer wishes to see.

Map Image Upload View Screenshot
This screenshot illustrates the ability to upload maps
and directions as images within the Site Mapping feature
of the software. As you can see from this image not only
does this map show directions from the north but the links
to access map images that have been uploaded for directions
from the south and west are also available to the viewer.

Site Plan Image Screenshot
This screenshot shows the site plan image with the “Magnify
On” feature being utilized to allow the viewer to
zoom in on particular aspects of the site plan. Additionally
you can see links at the bottom of the image that allow
the user to view the Photo Log of each number to reference
exterior view images and relate them to the site plan
directory.

Risk Assessment Module Homepage Screenshot
This screen illustrates the progress as you process through
the “Risk Assessment Module”. “Frequency”
is described as is the event likely to occur? “Impact”
is described as What would the impact to your organization
be if it did occur?

This screen illustrates the “Help/Tutorial”
button that is available to the user. If clicked a pop
up screen will come up and provide additional information
that may be helpful to the person conducting the risk
assessment in scoring “Frequency” and “Impact”.

This screen illustrates what window pops up if the “Help/Tutorial”
button is clicked next to the respective topic that the
user is trying to assess the risk on.

Risk Assessment Scoring Priority Screenshot
This screen illustrates a finished section of “Crimes
Against Persons” section with a “RISK PRIORITY”
in the far right column. This priority is ranked from
#1 to #3 so that as the assessment is being completed
and scored a “Risk Priority” is assigned that
is determined based on the “Risk Score”. Risk
scores that are the same in “Crimes Against Persons”,
“Crimes Against Property” or “All Hazards/Natural
Disasters” the risk priority is rated a higher priority
in the “Crimes Against Persons” category.

This screen illustrates the pop up window with drop down
scoring menus that comes up when the link is clicked on
and allows the “Author” to score that particular
line item. After drop down scoring is selected the author
must click on the “Save” image and the risk
assessment scoring for that particular line item is calculated.

Physical Security Checklist Homepage Screenshot
This screen illustrates the homepage of the “Physical
Security Checklist” module. In this area the author
can click on the “Assessment Start” link and
begin working through an online checklist related to physical
security of doors, windows, locks, fire suppression, lighting
and other areas. After the checklist is completed the
author has the option to generate a PDF version of the
completed checklist and include it with the organization’s
WorshipSafe plan.
